VISOBATH, S.L. operates under a Criminal Compliance System implemented in accordance with Article 31 bis of the Spanish Criminal Code and aligned with the standards of the UNE 19601 standard. This system reflects our organisation’s firm commitment to integrity, transparency and ethical conduct in all its activities, both in Spain and in the more than 55 countries where we operate.

Our compliance model aims to identify, prevent and manage criminal risks arising from the VISOBATH Group’s business activities, promoting a corporate culture based on respect for the law and the highest ethical standards in the sector.
